There was a stall of Mark Design Academy in Sinhagad Institute of Technology and Science, Narhe during ‘Techtronic’ Event to interact with students and spread awareness about “Importance of Domain Oriented Design Courses”.

During that, they have conducted an Aptitude test for the students of SITS with an attracting prizes and also a lucky Draw.

Mr. Uday Agashe Head of Mechanical department and Dr. S N Mali Principal of SITS also visited the stall and gave the prizes to the winning students.

They had also discussed the awareness of the mechanical engineering students towards their career. Most of the Mechanical Engineering graduates are moving towards IT Industry due to higher packages so it is not that only IT industry which is giving the highest package but in Mechanical Industry also there is a High Salary only requirement is of Right Skills in the candidate.

The objective of this training academy is to give the Domain Oriented training such as ‘Machine Design with SolidWorks’, ‘Fabrication Design with SolidWorks’, ‘Mould Design with SolidWorks’ and ‘Fixture Design with SolidWorks’.

They interacted with all the students who had visited their stall and also guided and counselled them about their courses.

Design is the Backbone of the Mechanical Industry. So how to do design with the help of a tool “SOLIDWORKS” in a particular domain that’s what they are going to train to the students who are to be a part of this academy. This academy is also going to provide a suitable job to the desired candidate.
